3 Different Options & Rates:

1. Main Villa with 6 bedrooms to accommodate 13 guests that includes a cinema, games/party room, disco and gym:
Apartment with 2 bedrooms plus 1 sofa bed to accommodate 6 guests.
Detached chalet with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests.

Combine the accommodation to suit your needs and the number in your party.
Depending on how large your group is, the 2-bedroom apartment and/or the 1-bedroom detached chalet are also available for rent. They are never rented out separately to ensure the privacy of those in the main villa.
Enjoy a great deal of flexibility at Villa Monaco during your holidays.
We accommodate couples, large families that can include children, teenagers and/or grandparents, or groups of friends. Villa Monaco is the ideal choice if you are planning a dream vacation or holiday.

Renting the Main Villa in combination with or without our separate 2-bedroom guest apartment, with or without our detached chalet, would allow you to have your privacy and when everyone wants to get together you can do it on our expansive 750sq metre terrace, where you can have a barbeque under the shaded pergola, enjoy the full-size snooker table, take a swim in our beautiful private heated pool, workout in the gym, dance the night away in our glorious disco that has a fantastic Bose sound system or watch a HD film in the private cinema that boasts a huge 4m screen.

Choose among these three options depending on how many guests you have:
The Main Villa has 6 bedrooms to accommodate 13 guests. It features a large 250 sq metre room with a full-size snooker table, a bar with Bose hi-fi sound system, discotheque and dance floor with special effects lighting, private cinema with huge 4m screen plus TV system that offer Videos on Demand, and the gym that overlooks the sea.
Angels, Glamour, Sunset and Sky bedrooms each have a balcony or terrace overlooking a panoramic view of the sea.
Hi-fi Bose sound system in the living room and out at the private heated swimming pool.
British, Dutch, French, German & many European TV channels as well as Wi-Fi throughout.

2. Separate apartment that accommodates 6 guests that is 115 sq. metres with 2 bedrooms plus 1 sofa bed:
This apartment has a separate exterior entrance, a large terrace and a panoramic view of the sea.
This would be the perfect accommodation for teenagers or grandparents who may want to spend their time doing other activities.
Apartment is set up so as to not disturb anyone else on the property, fully self-contained with all the conveniences to make the occupants feel at home.

3. Detached Private Chalet that accommodates 4 guests:
This is a one level chalet that has 1 bedroom plus a sofa bed placed in the living room.
Very comfortable and cosy.

This would be perfect for a family member or friends who want to enjoy some privacy.
The chalet would also be quite comfortable for household staff.

Villa Monaco is able to comfortably accommodate 23 guests in 9 bedrooms along with 7 bathrooms.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 4 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres in the shallow end that goes down to 1.30 metres at the deep end.
The pool’s depth has been purposely designed for optimum safety and security, especially for older guests. The pool is heated and has an automatic cover that meets European regulations for safety and security. When the fitted cover is closed a child cannot go into the pool. The cover also keeps the water at a warm temperature during the night.

Private Terraces & Views
Villa Monaco has an expansive 750 sq. metre terrace that offers a spectacular panoramic view of coastline and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also see the Islands of El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma.
This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful views on Tenerife and among all the Canary Islands.
The Villa’s terrace has a Bose hi-fi sound system so that you can listen to the music you love while sunning yourself on the lounges and/or sipping cocktails.
Under the terrace pergola there is a dining table and chairs for 10 people to enjoy Al Fresco meals.
If you have guests coming over, there are additional tables and chairs to accommodate them.
A charcoal barbeque is provided.

Villa Monaco is located just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Bahia del Duque, Playa Fanabe and La Caleta and all the famous Seafood Restaurants, as well as the Costa Adeje Golf Course.
The Villa allows you to enjoy your holiday a certain distance from the noise of the busy Tourist resorts, yet you’re just 10 minutes away by car to all the amenities in town, including luxury shopping, fine dining restaurants, wonderful beaches and world-class golf courses. What could be more perfect?

The Villa itself is styled in Classical architecture, very elegant and beautifully furnished.
There is plenty of parking in the designated spots and the annexed pathways to accommodate a large number of vehicles.
